    Happy NBS to all...

My wife had me running all around today and now I'm finally home and getting to enjoy a beer...

I've had this a handful of times (at and away from their brewpub) and I swear, it never disappoints. It made its way to lansing last fall and I was in heaven. Man, I wish they bottled this gem! Thanks for having my back this hectic morning

Don't want to burst your bubble my good man but they started bottling it this spring. You need to make a day trip down to C-bus and we'll split a sixer.

    Cheers brother!

    New Black IPA Sunday

    Greetings from Southern CT NBS,

While the sun is finally out and flying high in the sky hints of winter are clinging on here. It feels more like early March than early April and at this point I think most of CT is ready to give the winter of '12/'13 a swift kick in the shorts.

A lot of spring cleanup today and prep for a trip my wife and I are taking this week. Finally had a chance to relax and enjoy NBS with this new brew I picked up yesterday:

As my review mentions, perhaps more Porter than Black IPA, but I recommend picking some up if you get it.

Drinking Otiose, suppose to be Oude Tart with Guava... but very little detectible guava. Not worth it, but I enjoyed the person who gave Cuvee Rene some attention. Found just about everywhere; and it is a GREAT ammoniated urine gueuze! I actually do like it

    New Belgian IPA Sunday!

Greetings from another first time NBS poster. Today was absolutely beautiful and felt like the first real day of spring here in the greater Philadelphia area; no jackets required! I ended a very fun weekend with Green Flash Le Freak. Though Belgian IPAs have not previously been on my radar, I think Green Flash just changed that. A very unique and tasty brew.

    Good night all!

    >>>>>>New American Pale Ale<<<<<<

I also had a new American Pale Ale today. I went out to dinner with my wife and this one was on tap.

    Audible Ale from Redhook.

A very light, flavorful and drinkable pale ale. One of tghe better offerings from Redhook. Beats the flagship ESB by a mile.

Spring has arrived here in the Columbia Basin and the lawn warranted a mowing earlier this week. But today is cool and very windy, with scattered rain showers. Yep, spring.

    Happy Trails!
