A: Poured from bottle to pint glass a clear amber colored beer with a one finger tan head. The beer left good lacing on the glass.
S: Caramel, toffee, fresh brown bread, dark cherries and roasted grains make up the malt character. Slight herbal and citrus hops.
T: Molasses, chicory, tart cherries, roasted nuts and roasted grains start the sweet side. Then the bitterness rises through the malt to balance. Hops are citrus, herbal, spicy and peppery.
Finish is bitter.
M: Medium body with tight carbonation and slight creaminess.
D: The malt is not too complex but everything does go pretty well together making it an easy drinking amber ale.

Amber colored ale work minimal head and lacing. Smells of caramel and toast. Tastes similar wil honey shining through. Balance is fair. Finishes bitter and a bit flat. Carbonation is a bit off. Good brew overall but not outstanding.
