Pours a huge white head, thick, dense, creamy, truly impressive. The carbonation is equally amazing, the first pour resulted in what could only be described as a tornado in my glass.

Sour notes following some funk and citrus fruity notes.

I really don't know how to qualify this style or even try to explain it. I can tell you that this beer is enjoyable and worth the 10-11 a spent on a wine bottle size (why such large bottles?). Opens with a touch of sweetness, quickly goes sour/citus as it goes down the tongue and finishing with a bitter note as it finishes going down. One thing I really like about beers such as this is that the flavors change rapidly as the liquid goes down the tongue. It reminds me of being a kid and being taught about how different parts of our tongue taste different flavors. Well this beer seems to activate each and every part of the tongue when taken straight back. When mixed together there are just too many flavors fighting to be noted.

Light body with so much carbonation that it feels rather full and complex. Crystal clear and extremely drinkable and made for the hot summer months.

I won't be coming back to this beer. It's tasty and certainly has some good parts, but there's nothing outstanding or memorable about this beer. It will go down with countless other beers when asked I'll simply say "it was good" or "there's nothing wrong with it."

Hazy golden yellow with flakes of yeast, big rocky white head

Taste is very mild, underwhelming, slightly watery

Light body, dry finish, high carbonation

Not a fan. Very low flavor profile.

From a 750 ml bottle (bottled 12-28-10) into a snifter. It looks like unfiltered apple cider, but with a fluffy, off-white head. About 1.5cm of sediment-loaded liquid was left in the bottle.

Smell: Wild yeast with a bit of a brett. Slightly sour and floral.

Taste: mild for style, with lingering Brett and wild yeast, leather, earthy hops and some lemon. Mildly sour and fruity.

M: Light, watery body; semi-dry; tart.

O: rather mild flavor; not a bad thing for the Brett component. Bretty/earthy/funky beers your kind of thing? ... then this one’s for you. For me, it's barely drinkable, at best.
