Pours out a nice golden color with a great white, finger head with good retention.
Smell is definately some brett, really sweet in general from the malts which give it a nice caremal smell. Taste is a nice brett with some sweetness I have a hard time describing. Really balances the brett out so there great caremal or some sort of Belgian candy sugar. Just a nice taste. Not too much brett like alot of Jolly Punpkin beers. This is just perfect since they really aren't very sour. More sour would be nice but not gonna complain as this is the best Jolly Pumpkin I have tasted in a while. Other favorites are the Pumpkin and Noel. Mouthfeel is thin+ and nice. Overall a nice beer but I really don't buy Jolly Pumpkin much anymore because there are better out there.

Pours a so lightly hazy, pale orange color. Head is cream colored nice slow falling feed by a constant bubble stream. Some good sticky lace left down my Ommegang glass.
Aroma is nice spicy sweetness with nice tart fruits and funk. Malt is toasted nut sweet good spice notes nutmeg, allspice hints of cinnamon nice fall spices. Tart fruit notes sour green apples with some of the patented JP funk thrown in. Aroma on this one is wonderful.
Taste is well no sweetness that was in the nose malts loaded with tart funk and spice with green fruits peaking out and soon being over powered. Finish is lingering tart notes and good spice that was in the nose. Good brew kind of wanting some of the sweetness I had in the nose though, but a nice Funky JP just as one would expect.
Mouthfeel is on the light side carbonation isn't as bubbly as it looked nice balanced brew.
Overall enjoyable just as I would expect, know some think they all taste the same JP brews that is, but I enjoy the funky flavors. Have yet to have a bad beer from these guys wish I could get this in town of well always something to look for when out of town.

Poured from 750ml bottle into my wee 4oz sampler mug at World Expo of Beer in Frankenmuth, Michigan.
Appearance: Poured as smoothly as possibly, eliminating any head that may have come up otherwise. A red, cinnamon color. Very attractive.
Smell: Hey, speaking of cinnamon ... a spicy cinnamon sort of nose. Sort of fruity.
Taste: My first of the style, and... interesting. Cinnamon, fruit, sour, tart, sweet... it's all over the place and should be a mess, but it isn't. I've not had a beer like this before, and I'm glad to finally have gotten the chance to try some Jolly Pumpkin. It's a good beer that I'd buy in 12oz bottles, but I wouldn't ever see myself buying a 750ml.

A - It is orange in color with some golden highlights. Each pour yields a generous white head.
S - It has a nice sour smell to it with some dish soap aroma from the hops. The smell reminds me of sour apples and pears.
T - It has a nice tartness to it. It is dry and effervescent. A lingering tart presence grows as it warms. I notice some fruit flavors, peach, pear, and apple.
M - Thin with lots of carbonation.
O - This is one of the better Jolly Pumpkin beers that I have tried. I like the tartness of it. It is quite enjoyable.
