A-Huge white head with a light yellow tint to it on a cloudy copper body.
S- Very different aroma. Damp earthy notes, bretta, hints of leather, light hop aroma, little bit of fruits, and just a hint of caramel.
T- Light subtle flavors. Malt body spiced with some black pepper and coriander, light bretta funk, and hints of oak (very subtle), nice hop bitterness that helps bring it out for the aftertaste. Nice fruity flavors with a balanced spice. Almost like a saison without the farmhouse notes to it.
M- Medium/thin body with a weird sense of low carbonation yet a good amount a the same time. Nice dry finish.
D- I think this is really good. The more you drink of it the flavors build up on the tongue and really create itself that way. I don't know what it is but with both Joly Pumpkin beers I have opened from the 750ml they both seem to just keep pouring out of the bottle and have no clue why. This is a great subtle beer and a nice change of pace to see someone making subtle beers that still have a lot of flavor instead of everyone just throwing pounds of hops and malt in the beer.

Poured from 750 mL bottle into tulip.
A: Pours a hazy yellowish orange with huge 3-4 inch rocky white head. Excellent retention and lacing.
S: Bright citrus, spicy Belgian yeast, white pepper, cinnamon, and a good dose of farmhouse funk.
T: Citrus, Belgian yeast, coriander, and minerally farmhouse funk.
M: Light body. Carbonated tingle, spicy, and a hint of dry sweetness. Lingers nicely on the palate (more funk and citrus here).
D: A solid brew and good example of style. Excellent sessionability.
