A: Pours a cloudy medium straw yellow in color with some light amounts of yeasty sediment near the bottom of the glass, light amounts of visible carbonation, and some golden yellow and orange highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense foamy off-white head that slowly reduces to a thin film with a couple of slightly thicker patches and a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Light to moderate aromas of wheat, lemon citrus, and coriander.
T: Starts out with moderate flavors of wheat, followed by some light to moderate amounts of lemon and orange citrus, and just a light amount of coriander spice. Slightly sweet with a light amount of bitterness in the finish.
M: Light bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation.
O: Like many of the beers in this style, there is a slight hint of paste to the flavor of this beer. This is an easy drinking and sessionable beer that is quite refreshing - would be a great summer beer for drinking outside in the sun.

12 oz. A somewhat hazy gold pour, half a finger of white head. Sticks ok.
Aroma, grainy malt and hay. Minimal yeasty spice.
Taste, mild clove, camomile, nutmeg, yeast spice. Hay like wheat and lemon zest finish.
For such a small beer it is very mouth filling. Hearty medium wheaty body. Carbonation is almost creamy.
Even though they are local I don't drink much Natty Green because their stuff seems so generic. This is another un-offensive tasting brew, but the body is quite interesting. Glad I tried this.

12 oz bottle poured into a Duvel tulip.
4.5% ABV, 040017 on back label.
Thanks for another NC brew, Onenote81!
A - Strong carbonation billows from the glass' etching through the cloudy bright blonde beer to feed the well-formed and decently retained white head. Minimal lace remains on the glass.
S - Plush earthy esters rise gently through the soft wheat and grainy pale malt aroma to offer a brush of citrus zest and sprinkle of coriander spice, but the highlight is the unique chamomile floral fragrance of this inviting aroma.
T - Simple and rather direct, Wildflower Witbier keeps the base clean with soft wheat and pale malt while it's more subtle nuances overlap; light spice, a touch of floral notes, the beer's chamomile peeks out as well, and it finishes with just a slight citrus zest.
M - Oats and wheat both play a pivotal role in the mouthfeel, making Wildflower Witbier very creamy and smooth on the palate. Full-feeling despite the light body aided, of course, but steady carbonation. Crisp and clean to the finish, the faint spice and citrus rind livens it up with a refreshing kick.
O - Almost reminiscent of a very light and subtle incense, Wildflower Witbier lives up to it's name with floral notes that encourage a deeper whiff from this unique take on the style. I like it more with each passing sip, only wishing I had more left in my tulip. Wildflower Witbier is an incredibly drinakble and refreshing summer beer, able to slake even the heartiest thirst.
