Portion of a 12 oz bottle poured into a Hunahpu's snifter. From notes.
A: Pours a clear amber/copper color, with a rather dinky-looking white head. Looks pretty good regardless.
S: All I pick up here is some unsweetened caramel.
T: The faintest twang of fruity esters builds to a caramel-y finish. Extremely unassuming.
M: Crisp, dry, and light. If you're going to showcase little in the way of flavor on the palate, this is how you do it.
O: Nothing wrong with this per se...it's just so bland, though. Really just one step up from BMC in my opinion.

Nice simple beer with pretty decent taste. Pours a clear lighter amber with a white head that sticks around all the way through, and leaves a little lacing. Smells simple and just drinkable. Taste is a toasted caramal malt mostly, maybe a slight choclate biscuit as it warms, but just barely, enough hops to balance but not noticeable. Mouthfeel is medium. Overall this beer is pretty good but simple, as long as you go in knowing that with this beer then I think you will be pretty happy with it.

A: Pours a crystal clear medium amber in color with some ruby red highlights and light to moderate amounts of visible carbonation. The beer has a two finger tall creamy beige head that slowly reduces to a medium sized medium thick patch, a very thin film, and a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Light to moderate aromas of sweet toasted malts with just a touch of nuttiness and toffee notes. There are light amounts of earthy hops as well.
T: Upfront there is a moderate amount of toasted malts with a touch of sweetness and nuttiness. Light amounts of earthy hops that contribute a light amount of bitterness which fades pretty quickly.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly thin...
O: Similar in flavor to an Oktoberfest in flavor and easy to drink but this one is not really anything special in my opinion.
