12 oz bottle into a tulip glass courtesy of delivery23, recent BA, my brother-in-law and all-around good guy.
A: nearly opaque pour with 1/2 inch head of dark-tan foam that subsides to a ring
S: very nice--roasted malts, chocolates and lots of different 'dark' fruits (plums, raisins, molasses). I'm picking up a little alcohol also.
T: even better--a very sweet mixture of dark chocolate, raspberries (yup, raspberries) and alcohol. Some coffee in there also. The alcohol was pretty strong, not overpowering, but strong.
M: it was definitely medium-bodied and really coated the mouth. I continued to taste each sip well after it was down my throat. Very creamy and smooth
D: Despite the 10% abv I found this to be very drinkable.
I got this beer several months ago and have been looking forward to try it---it didn't let me down! This tasted like a 'raspberry-chocolate' dessert infused with booze! I imagine that aging this would mellow out the alcohol and really improve it! A great beer from a brewery that I'm growing to love! Go Heels!! (Did that for you, Seth! Now send more!)

A: Pours an opaque yet clear jet black in color with some moderate amounts of visible carbonation near the surface of the beer and some very dark amber + cola brown highlights. The beer has a finger tall dense foamy very dark mocha head that slowly reduces to a large patch of very thick film and a thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer with a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of dark roasted malts with just a hint of burnt malts.
T: Upfront there are moderate to strong flavors of roasted malts with moderate notes of dark chocolate and freshly ground coffee. Moderate amounts of lingering bitterness.
M: Just shy of full bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Smooth and creamy.
O: This is a very big beer with a bold flavor but one that is very enjoyable - this is a beer that you need to sip slowly. I could not have more than one of these during a session but it is one to definitely try (especially now that Duck-Rabbit has corrected their infection issues). Alcohol is very well hidden in this one.
