Found on tap at Blind Tiger in NYC after a recent Vermont brews event. Served in a tulip glass.
A: Pours a hazy yellow with one-finger foamy head.
S: Nice wheat and hops aroma.
T: Citrusy hops, light pepper and spice. Slightly tart. Very refreshing.
M: Snappy with a typical wheat beer fullness.
D: Good for a few before the hoppy tartness might become overpowering.
Overall a very good beer - a must try if you can find it.

On tap at the brewpub on 03.01.2008; served in a tumbler.
Pours an extremely clouded lemon gold in color beneath a creamy white head that recedes leaving webbed and condensed lacing. Robust pine and spruce hop aromas with a decent amount of citrus as well: lemon, pear, lime. Citrus flavors up front with a burst of rugged floral, pine, and spruce array of flavors. Notes of spice in the middle: pepper and corrainder prior to a slightly filmy, brightly bitter finish. A light, medium in body. Extremely active on the palate; too carbonated, that really takes away from this hop-filled wheat's pleasanty flavors. A flavorful 'IPA'. This offering would be much more smooth and drinkable on cask.

This is the same as the Conehead Wheat IPA except that it is dry-hopped with Centennial hops.
Color: Cloudy, hazy blonde color with a one-finger head.
Aroma: Mildly hoppy at first. Light hint of wheat.
Taste: Nicely hoppy. Dry. Not too hoppy. Wheat shows up in the middle. Refreshing. Not quite an American Pale Wheat Ale.
Mouthfeel: Dry like an IPA but not overwhelming.
Verdict: A perfect beer for the summer. Combines the characteristics of a wheat beer and IPA into one. Centennial dry hopping adds more to the aroma and taste.
