always down for a session ipa and a beer under 4% abv, its fun and lets me drink longer! this one though isnt quite as distinct as some others, and comes through a touch watered down, rather than just light. pale golden in color with a ring of white lace head and an aromatic profile not dissimilar from some of the other session india pales on the market. my only real issue is that the hops dont come through quite as vibrantly in the taste as they do in the nose. i find it a little lacking in flavor overall, but the grain profile is certainly there on the front end. yeast is irrelevant here, aside from the fact that the beer is quite dry. its also a bit watery, and despite excellent carbonation is just seems too thin, even for what its trying to be. i could pound this, but there are so many more interesting beers here that one was enough.

On tap at Zero Gravity.

This was a good pale ale but without the smell or fruitiness of Sim City. It looked pretty good, orange and fairly clear. The smell was minimal, a little pine. The taste was a lot more bitter then I was expecting. No sweet or fruit, mostly just pine, a bit like a cold Torpedo. The finish was very, very dry and bitter.
