Poured chilled in standard ale glass @davewhite4.
A: decent head; dark copper color; low carbonation; ok lacing
S: earthy hop aroma; pancake and syrup smell
T: intense; very malty; overly sweet and very boozy; not my ideal IPA, but I can see how this would appeal to some people's ideals.
Good solid beer; glad that Rodman's had them stocked, and on sale.

Pours a clear light amber color with a quickly fading white head that leaves chunks of lacing.
Smells of citrus and pine hops.
Tastes of the citrus hops with some malt undertones. Hops lead off with citrus and pine notes, but I also pick up a little vegetable-like notes that are not enjoyable. Fairly bitter overall. Hops lead into malt sweetness with some caramel along with toasted bread. Alcohol is well hidden.
Mouthfeel is medium with a slightly crisp amount of carbonation.
Overall, this is a decent IIPA, but the vegetable-like hops really hit a note I don't like.
