Bottle@Home

A: Dark amber with a tiny, tiny, head and no lacing.

S: Berries, Nuts, Hint of funk, Hint of caramel.

T: Caramel, Belgian yeast, Nuts, Berries, Hint of raisin, Hint of chocololate.

M: Balanced but almost no carbonation. Easy drink but very one-dimensional and a bit boring.

Meh. Okish only. I prefer the normal sahti over this christmas take on a sahti.
