Bottle@home

A: Red-brownish with almost no head.

S: Caramel, Yeast, Berries, Rye.

T: Malt, Caramel, Hint of juniper, Fruit, Berries, Dark bread.

M: Very stale brew with almost no carbonation. Very sweet but has a slight hint of bitterness at the end. Quite belgian in character, esp the yeast.

This is not really a true sahti but normal beer with added juniper-berries from what i reckon. I actually kind of like it. Makes for a quite nice dessert-beer. Very different!
