A light, crisp and traditionally hoppy beer with a soft palate and flowery bouquet. Light, both in color and taste. "Classic" Old World beer that will be most familiar to the individual who prefers domestic beers.

On tap at the brewpub. Poured into a sampler glass.
Appearance: Clear pale light straw color. Dies dow to a ring of foam. Little head or lacing.
Nose: Light bready malt. Slight floral hop presence.
Taste: Follows smell. More husky/bread like though.
Mouthfeel: Well carbonated, crisp, light, hoppy/carbonic acid bite on the finish.
Overall: Brewed to style, no real flaws, but no real flare. Comes of a bit uninspired...even for a pilsner.

Fantastic pilsner. Very near true to style.
Aroma - What you would expect from a pilsner style.
Taste - Spot on with great mouthfeel. This is a beautiful pilsner beer.
I loved it. It was exactly what I was looking for in a pilsner.

Stopped in at Crescent City to grab a light diner and to try the beer coming back from “Oyster” in New Orleans, got a pretty good crab cake on a fried green tomatoes and a 6 beer sampler flight, this was the first on it. Color was a very light, pale yellow, clear with almost no head by the time it got to the table. Light bodied almost watery, light grainy malt with a grassy, slightly herbal hop bite to it, clean faintly dry with a good amount of carbonation to it. Not bad, and fits the style alright, but nothing really noteworthy about it, decent and easy drinking.

I'm trying this at the brewery. It poured a clear golden with white head that is almost non-existent head that is not leaving any lace. The scent was faint if anything. The taste was a bit sharp even for a pilsner. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's decent.

Pours clear, bright yellow in color, with minimal head. Taste is grass honey, and light graham cracker. Slightly bitter and light bodied. This is a small step above macro pilsners. Nothing I would reach for otherwise, but I can see how this would be refreshing to several beer drinkers on a hot day.
