hI.P.A. begins and ends with big, bountiful bites of hops, hops and more hops while maintaining the barest hint of a malty middle in the mouth.

I like the label on this one, especially Billy Graham on the lower left corner. Nice touch. Pours a nice orange-amber with big white lacy head - basically what I expect a good IPA to look like. The nose has a decent resiny hop hit, but not over the top.
The flavor is like grapefruit rind marmalade on wheat toast - a sharp, resinous, bitter hoppiness with toasty, slightly grainy/sweet maltiness. If you're looking for the massive hop explosion of a Northwestern IPA, this isn't it. More subdued, almost like a British IPA made using Columbus hops. The mouthfeel's a little thin for my tastes - could use a hint more body to balance the bitterness, which hangs around well past the finish. The alcohol doesn't really make its presence known very loudly at all. It's very drinkable and works very well on a hot day. Goes well with hot Italian sausage, too.
Overall one of my favorites from Magic Hat. Yummy on tap at the AOBF - on cask, this would be huge.

One of the better IPAs. Not sure what part the hemp seeds played in the flavor profile but none the less it is a very smooth and clean flavored brew.

Poured from a 12oz can into a pint glass.
L: Caramel/butterscotch color and slightly hazy. Nice foamy head, laces the top, carbonation looks strong.
S: Brilliant bright hop smell. Sweet and floral, but maybe with a bit of tangerine peel? Smells incredible
T: I wouldn't have been able to tell you that this was brewed with hemp seeds, but I can tell you that it's a damn good beer. Bright and fruity bitterness, with a bit of tangy-sour finish. Hops are profound and bright. Maybe a bubblegum aftertaste? I agree with the Precisiondigital.
F: Lighter mouth feel, but bitter and boozy. Warming over time.
My favorite Magic Hat beer so far. Delicious and with beautiful can art!

Very unique taste: It hits you with bubble gum when you first try it. Then it smoothes out into a nice floral hop finish. The color is golden, with slight cloudiness. It has a nice head. Smells delicious with that bubble gum, hoppy, citrus aromas. Overall it is pretty darn good.

Catch up rating from notes, 2012: From sampler pack.Pours out very normal, medium golden, foamy head subsides rather quickly. Mild hoppy aroma, piney, floral. Taste is fruity, tropical notes, citrus, hop bitterness comes in at the back. Seems a bit thin overall.
