Poured deep brown with a tan head that left just a light bubbly ring around the glass. No lacing.

Deep rich scents of french roast coffee, light smoke, molasses, dark chocolate, and a whiff of alcohol.. Belgian Dark Ale? Really?

Nice strong flavors that blend and balance perfectly. Coffee, then some sweetness, with hints of licorice, burnt toast, and a very light sourness at the end. Alcohol is there but not in the way at all. Absolutely great.

Medium body and light carbonation make this one easy to drink. This should be a regular thing from these guys. Try this if you can.
