Lucky Kat purrs as he pours with a grin on his mangy face and a grin in his searching eye. He sits on the fence he calls home, dividing up from down. Is he an imperial beast or a pale soul from the east? Only he knows and we know only this: if you reach out to pet him he'll bite back with a big, hoppy kiss.

Somewhat amber color for an IPA. Light wispy head.
Smell is raw, with a slight spicy aroma. Some sweet notes as well.
The taste is spicy hops upfront. Sweet buttery malt comes through in the middle.
A very interesting IPA, and probably the best beer from Magic Hat in awhile. A good sweet malt flavor backed up with strong hop bite.
Aftertaste is a bit oily, but the spicy hops stick around and leave you wanting more. Yum.!
