A - Deep amber body with a pale tan head that fades to a wispy layer of off-white.

S - Brown sugar and sweet roasted malts.

T - Molasses, brown sugar and mild hops make for a light flavored brew.

M - It has a soft beginning but later in the life it gets a bit hard which is interesting because most of the flavors come through early. I have to wonder what this brew would taste like if the texture were more even throughout.

~ When all is said and done this is a good beer to drink. It's light and the flavors are mild enough to allow a full growler to go down without a tinge. I look forward to finishing this one off tonight.
