pour us hazy pale yellow with tight thin white head. Nose is light dust and a fair amount of cheese. Faint notes of salt, rather grainy in back with lots of lacto. Taste is heavy lacto, fairly sour, light lemon notes towards the back as the grain finishes clean. Light body very crisp carb and easy to drink. Finish is a bit light in the britches in terms of taste.
