Serving glass: Poured from bottle into wine glass.
Appearance: Hazy orange with large white head and great lacing.
Smell: Standard IPA aroma - orange, grapefruit, pine, toasted & caramel malts.
Taste: Pretty sweet caramel backbone with grapefruit, orange and light pine. Somewhat bitter but too much lingering sweetness.
Feel: Moderate carbonation, medium body, finish is not dry enough.
Overall: Decent flavor but too sweet to be a great IPA for me.

An excellent example of a NW IPA. Deep amber with thick, fluffy beige head. Heady aroma of malt first, then hops. Hops take over on taste, smooth bitterness, slightly dry finish, All the way around a great example of how IPA should be done.

Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours red orange with a small head. Smells of citrus hops with just a bit of earthiness. Tastes of citrus with nice grassy notes. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.

Undated can, bought in mid-May. Pour is a clear dark amber. Light head. Aroma is a touch of floral notes, otherwise nothing distinct stands out. Taste is moderately hoppy, a little one- dimensional. Finish is good.
Overall, a serviceable ale. We'd probably place it in the red ale category.

As good as the label claims. It is very citrusy. I am not the biggest i.p.a. fan. But I do love this beer. Had it first because it was local beer. But have to say if thos is i.p.a I may make a switch.

Time to crush a review for one of those 90s feels C hop bangers. Out of Washington, my buddy who always wins trades on me dropped one of these $6 bombers prolly on me for something like Izzy or some shit.
Pours an amber like color and mild brown currents running through it, 3/5" white head. Aroma smacks of little to no dry hopping but plenty of PacNW C hop mischief is apparent.
A bunch of crystal malt it seems on this one, malty, C hoppy. Bitter. Carbonation appropriate. Its pretty typical bomber fare in the 90s 100ibu C hop vein. Lotta grapefruit and heavy caramel to this one.

The appearance had a somewhat hazy but more of a clear amber body with a one and a half finger white foamy head that rises a bit and falls leaving some sticky lacing in the wake. The smell had a bitter citrus hops up front but a nice bready/maltiness angles in to also give a bit of a floral/piney-ness as well. The taste had a sweet yet bitter combination of hops to bready maltiness, also gets a bit orangey, aftertaste is exactly the same, dry finish. On the palate, it sat about a light to medium, sessionable, carbonation is good for the style and good for me. Overall, I’d say this is a pretty good AIPA, just a tad maltier than most AIPA’s but still worthy of another purchase.
