Picked up a growler at the Memphis Bosco's.
A- Pours hazy (slight chill haze). On the orange side of orange-golden. Thick bone white head dissapates to a foamy half finger, leacing clumps of lacing on the glass.
S- Smell is of malt, a bit of butterscotch. Really really subdued aroma, even as it warms.
T- Malt and butterscotch are the first notes. finishes with just a slight cream flavor. Low hop bitterness.
M- Light bodied, but no moreso than the style dictates. Carbonation was a touch low.
D- Maybe not what I'm looking for in January but I could see this as a great summer beer. Very refreshing.
Serving type: growler
