Poured from a 12 oz. can into a tulip glass.

A - Pours a slightly hazy amber. A fairly agressive pour yeilds a light tan two finger width head. Doesn't appear to be stronlgy carbonated. Looks pretty dang good. A little bit of splotchy lacing.

S - Big citrus and piney hops come blasting through on this guy. I'm not getting much in the way of malt backbone - there seems to be a touch there, but the hops are a bit overwhelming. But in a good way.

T - Powerful bittering hops up front. Definitely piney. As it slides across the palette, it smooths out into the citrusy flavors - grapefruit and orange. There is some malt in there through, and finishes with a bit of understated caramel malt. After the very robust hop flavors, I found the delicate malt at the end to be very nice.

M - Medium bodied with not a huge amount of carbonation. It did feel a bit...sudsy, almost. Maybe frothy is a better word. Either way, I body adds a lot to and compliments the flavor here.

O - Overall, a very nice beer. I tried this beer once quite a while ago before I started drinking a lot of craft beer, and couldn't really deal with the hop bitterness. Now I'm digging it. Also, big props to Ska for using cans.
