Poured into a duvel tulip glass, red amber color with a large head, average lacing on the glass.

Aroma is strong, a smoky malt.

Taste follows the aroma, strong in malt, with some caramel, with some fruit and yeast.

Feels good in the mouth.

A nice discovery, an above average beer.
