Tap pour at Player's in Dickinson ND.
Cloudy, reddish brown colored body. Off white skim cap head. Leaves behind a lace wall on the non-drinking side of the glass.
Aroma is faint with toasted malts.
Taste is earthy, with toasted nutty malts. Definite sweetness. Herbal hops. Aftertaste is short lived, but uses the malts.
Medium mouthfeel. Mellow coating in the mouth. Good carbonation.
This brew is led by the nutty and earthy malts.

A: Pours a hazy dark reddish brown with bits of yeast floating around.
S: Strong aroma of citrusy hops along with notes of raisins.
T: Spicy hop flavor up front followed quickly with bready malt flavor, the taste of rye bread seems to come through.
M: Watery mouthfeel, slick on the palate, almost soapy.
D: Middle of the road brew, somewhat disappointing.
