The colour is orange-yellow, the liquid hazy (although there are more yeast in the top of the glass than in the bottom). The thee finger head is firm; it leaves lots of lacing.

The smell is rather neutral: Fruit esters, sourish notes. Some minerals.

The taste starts off with odd notes of beef stock and boiled meat. Some salt and spices. The aftertaste got notes of wheat flour, fruity esters and a touch of yeast.

The carbonation is light, the small bubbles are weak. The liquid is a little sticky.

One of the least impressive German weissbiers I have had so far.

Another awkward upsidedown pour that ended in a bit of spilling.

A: Crazy dense and creamy head. A full 4 fingers with excellent rentention. Dark for a weizen. A tea brown orange and fairly cloudy. Massive rising carbonation. One of the best heads I've ever seen on a weissbier. tons of lacing.
S: Typical strong german malt with a nasal passage clearing yeast. A bit sweet and slightly smokey. Far in the background there's a smoked ham/salmon smell.
T: Very different from a typical weizen or any other German beer.. Earthy malt, subtle sweetness, yeast is very integrated into the flavor and doesn't stand out on it's own. Slightly smokey. That smoked ham/salmon is also in the flavor as well. Very different but good.
M: Very soft with a very light carbonation sting.
O: Interesting and nice. Far from representative of hefeweizens, but an interesting take.
