Pours almost two fingers of clingy white head over a hazed rich light copper liquid. Smells hoppy of oranges, pine, baby aspirin, reninous, and some woody character that I think of as coming from English hops.
Tastes juicy American hop flavor over supporting esters, waxy resinous hop bitter, and mild malt sweet. Hop flavors are baby aspirin, oranges, potent pine, and pithy sharp grapefruit. Has some woody character in the flavor of English hops, like Goldings. Hop bitter is resinous with rough edges of cohumulone. A small amount of green onion off-flavor. Esters are apricot and oranges. Clean alcohol sting appears late after the mild malt sweet crumbles under the hop bitter. Medium in the mouth with some creaminess. Lingering bitter in the finish is pleasant.
Well done drinkable American hoppy ale. The bitter is in line with the strength of the hop flavors.

22oz bottle purchased at the Ice Harbor Brewpub in Kennewick, Washington, for $3.49. No freshness date, but I was told that it’s fairly recently bottled by an employee at the brewpub.
Poured a hazy, orangey shade of amber with a big, creamy off-white head. Head retention was outstanding, and there was lots of streaky and spotty lace.
Citrusy and piney in the nose, with the majority of the hop aroma leaning towards the former. Fortunately there’s enough of a more bitter hop scent that it seems to not be a fruit bomb. There’s also some aromatic evidence of a fairly substantial malt backbone, though it’s the hops’ show.
The citrusy and piney hop flavor is more evenly distributed in the taste, which is rather well balanced. This drinks rather easily, and I suspect I wouldn’t mind having several of these during the course of a night on the tiles. Finishes rather cleanly for an IPA. Next time I’m in the area I’ll have to drop in again and inquire as to what hops they use.
Medium bodied, with a oily mouthfeel.
A quite good, well-balanced IPA. Hoppy enough to keep an IPA fan happy, but easy enough on the palate that I feel that I could drink it all night. Rather cheap 22oz price, too. Next year I’ll grab more than one when I visit the brewery in the fall.

On tap at Anthony's in Richland, WA. Sort of an odd shaped Pilsner glass...OK...
Aroma was great. Nice presence of hops resins balanced citrusy aromas. Strong yet inviting, saying drink me.
Color was a deep gold, not much head and no retention. There was visible carbonation that lasted, so maybe bartender?
Thoroughly enjoyed the taste. Enough bitter to get my attention without the sledgehammer. Underlying malt flavor, nice bit of sweetness. Don know what hops they are using, but assume they are local Yakima hops. Whatever, nice and fresh and balanced.
Clean on the finish, paired nicely with the excellent salmon cakes and Caesar salad the was dinner after a long work day. Best part of the day by far...

On tap at By the Bottle and served in a pint glass.
appearance - some cloudiness, medium retention, orange in color
smell - citrus hop notes
taste - grapefruit/hop forward, very clean and medium flavored however, not the dank and resinous hood river style hops you might expect but very tasty and worth of the fresh hop label
mouthfeel - medium body, strong carbonation
overall - a good brew, fresh hop flavor but not a blow your face off type beverage

Appearance has a light orange haze having a light head with retention leaving a nice curtain of lace. Smell seems to have that nice balance of lightly sweet malt and piney citric hop. Taste has that first initial bit of citric hop, but not overwhelming that finishes fairly clean through the balance of malt. Mouthfeel is medium with good carbonation. Overall not a bad IPA, nothing complex, just a straight forward easy drinking IPA.
