If you want to have some fun and drink good beer this is the place for you. Go downstairs and ask to see the book. The bottle selection is incredible. I had DT, St Barnabus 8 and a Cantillon selection. Servers were great and everyone was having a good time.

Came here with my wife during a recent trip to Brussels and Munich.

Tried the following:
Oud Beersel Lambic Infused w/ Earl Grey Tea (draft)

Which was drinking well. My wife enjoyed her Delirium Tremens (a favourite of hers). Tap selection was large and varied, though the Oud Beersel was one of the only beers that really grabbed my attention. Service was nondescript as the bartender fetched our drinks quickly without much interaction, since the place was super busy. But we managed to grab a nice, quiet table in the back of the bar where we quaffed our beers. Diverse, cosmopolitan crowd on our visit. I could see how someone could kill a few hours in here. Our overall experience was above average, and we would possibly come back.

For a quiet, clean, curated farmtable, well-lit enjoyment of 200+ craft beers, try nearby FAMILY BREWS.

A must try one when in Brussels, but otherwise, crowded, extremely loud dive. Good draft list, available in 25cl, 50cl, 1L, and 2L.

Great selection of beer. We visited it twice in the day. After lunch when it was quiet and a dozen or so patrons. It was nice to relax and enjoy a drink with family and friends. Recommended time before it picks up in the evening...Later it's very crowded with longer lines and gets loud.

A good place to go and have one round of beers - crowded, extremely loud dive of a bar - dusty and sticky floors with blaring pop music. It's only cool because of the age of the building and the various rooms with old beer signs and such. Good draft list, all available in various sizes - 25cl, 50cl, 1L, and 2L. Had a glass of Delrium Noel and left for a quieter place with more character.

Vibe is cool and eccelictic, with vintage beer trays adorning the ceiling, and vintage beer signs covering the walls. The focus is solely on beer here. It's a fairly small place and gets loud quickly with a seating area fit for approximately 50.

Quality is great. It's an older looking bar, but otherwise well kept.

With so many beers available, a hoard of customers (even on a summer Monday night), and only four bar attendants, service was a little sparse. Service was helpful though and quick, although I hesitated to ask any beer questions out of respect of their time.

Safe to say the selection is excellent here, although - unsurprisingly - the selection is focused in on Belgian beer. They do hold the Guinness World Record for most beers available at a single bar (2004 beers).

Food here is modest and is mostly to help foster a more tasty, and longer lasting social drinking session. I did not order food here, but do recall them having a cheese tray which sounded quite great. Otherwise, it's more so a place to drink rather than eat.

A huge bar with an absolutely huge selection of beers across several floors in the centre of Brussels; there was upwards of 30 beers on-tap (probably more than I missed) and a bottle list that spanned several pages with plenty gems in there. The place was quite busy but we found a seat firstly in the terrace then inside once there closed at 10pm. Lots of tourists and quite a few larger groups that were noisy but well worth checking out for one at least. Prices were about the same as most places in the city and the proper glasses were used too.

Bar is held by drug addict and personel agressive. I personally experienced it: since I did not let pass the manager first between the crowd, I was pushed away and insulted. Although I tried to converse calmly, he continued to be agressive and arrogant: I understood, when I saw his red eyes and dilated pupils. He even robbed my smartphone. When I tried to get it back, I was beaten by his staff. So think twice whenever entering this place, because you are not safe. Additionally the place stinks, especially bathrooms. There are so many other places in Brussels where you can get a large choice of beers and a safe atmosphere.

Stopped in during a visit to Brussels. Crazy place with three floors. Tons of space, and the taplist was quite impressive. Didn't have a ton of things that can't be found elsewhere, and prices weren't the lowest. However, this is the place for someone who loves beer and doesn't want to sip on lambics at Moeder. I would do both! Despite being busy, service was good.

The food is just alright but hey, who comes to Delirium to eat, right? The beer selection is outstanding and the menu looks like a phone book. They have beers from around the world both on tap and in bottles in their massive fridge. Just about every style and brewery you can imagine is represented. Its easy to spend multiple hours here. Being an American, it was amusing for me to see so many rare European beers at an insanely affordable price compared to what they cost at home. On the flipside, a bottle of Corona cost 6 Euros and a Stone IPA was 11.

If you make it to Delirium, do yourself a favor and order a 2-liter beer. The glass looks like giant fishbowl and its bigger than your head (it also requires a 50 Euro deposit) but its worth it for the experience alone.

Downstairs from the fratty madhouse of Delirium Taphouse is Delirium Cafe, probably where the whole Delirium brand thing started. Tons of bartenders serving tons of young people, dirty bathrooms.

15 taps: Delirium, Floris, Bush, Viven IIPA, Oud Beersel… and tons of bottles, unlike at the taphouse or loft. I bought a 2001 Cuvee Keyzer for only 10 euros to take home.

Wish I had more time and the place was less packed so that I could have perused the bottle menu.

I know it is a touristy but it is also a must stop. We went fairly early at 6 p.m. and it was already slammed.

Getting a beer can be problematic as you line up at the long bar and hope the bartender finally notices you in the sea of other people trying to get their attention. My friend and I were waiting to order four beers. I finally gave up and went downstairs. I was able to get beers and back to our table before he was finally served and they had to change my keg on one of the beers I ordered. My bartender was a nice guy they could just use like four more at each bar…

Speaking of beers, huge selection but I stuck with the draft choices. I had no problem finding plenty of beers I had been wanting try.

Delirium is decorated with a ton of cool old beer signs and even an old copper kettle that has been made into a booth. Numerous rooms and two floors to wander through.

Bonus, right outside the second door is the female answer to the Mannekin Pis statue. Had to search a bit but there it is.

Go early and have a few before moving on to more civilized options : )
