My last bottle of this, figured I ought to write about how much I've enjoyed this beer. Slightly hazy orange/amber color, 1-finger head with some sticky lace. Smell is incredibly citrusy, wiith some sweet malty/bready aromas in the background. Taste is brilliantly hoppy, tons of bitter grapefruit notes, and a very sturdy malt backbone. Slightly sticky/oily moutfheel, with some spiciness on the tongue. Super-balanced IPA, and just a completely unique tasting beer. I love it.

Appearance: Cloudy; orangish/gold; small frothy head, long lasting; good lacing

Aroma: Malty, slightly bready; piney; citrusy hops

Taste: Juicy malty quickly going to big hops; finishes with a lot of citrus hop flavor; well balanced and smooth hop profile with the thick malt; very tasty

Remarks: Did not score A, T, S, M at that time; disregard those scores

A: Pours an amber brown color. Some head initially lingers well. Streaked lacing.

S: Sweet hops - piney with some caramel on the nose. Really hoppy and nice.

T: Definite hop flavor from front to back. Bitter throughout.

M: Carbonation quickly runs away on the tongue.

O: Well done for a single IPA.
