Appearance: Golden color with an airy white head about a half inch thick. Head lasts for about 30 seconds. Almost no lacing.

Aroma: Smell typical of a saison yeast...spicy/clove-like notes. Hints of coriander. Slight spicy hop presence, with a sweet malt backbone.

Taste: Initial fruitiness. High ester profile, with some spiciness. Cloves are present. Slight presence of aromatic malt provides some complexity. Hop taste is low, but what is there seems to be of the noble hop variety (saaz, maybe?).

Mouthfeel: A bit light on the body. Carbonation not high enough for the style.

Drinkability: Decent brew, would go back to it, but definitely not the best saison I've had.

A: Amber and cloudy. Good head and lasting lace.
S: Butterscotch, and a bit of pumpkin.
M: Thick alcohol back slap, malty bock beer foam, butterscotch remainder.
T: Butterscotch disc but not sweet. Boozy, almost like a cream ale. Prune as well.

O: A tasty beer beverage, very high powered.
