Red Sky pours a deep golden honey, innitially sporting a fluffy white head that quickly recedes. No lace. Certainly doesn't look the part. Nothing prettier than a Saison Dupont and it's mighty merrangue head.

Aroma is brimming with green apple and orchard sweetness. Theres a mild yeast and spice note that intensifies as it warms. Smells a bit on the sweet side for the style.

Flavor bursts out with apple, pear, melon, and grape. Candi sugar sweetness with some spice and tropical fruit. Starts sweet but dries nicely towards the finish. Alcohol is noticable for a beer that is "only" 7.5%. A nice interpretation.

Body is to big and sticky, slick. I prefer a light fluffy, expansive mouthfeel in a Saison. It also loses carbonation quickly. Still very drinkable and inexpensive compared to other Saisons.
