I was running low on Yunegling from a promo that was going better than expected. They delivered a keg to my bar in 10 minutes to keep me going. Fantastic!!! Thank you! This store carries the popular crafts that are commonly found in any tavern, but it's nice to know that I can get what I would order out here and take it home instead of spending a ton of money at a bar that upcharges. B.B.&S. has helped me turn my friends and family to the "Craft Side" when I have them over for gatherings instead of giving in to the crud light and bores light, etc...

They re-did the entire place. The prices are great, the selection is great for the local brews, they have a few from other places. They are very helpful. Some hard to find brews are here, but only a few cases of them. They shine with their pricing and their selection of local crafts. They have a "beers of the world section" which offers great imports. They even have nice glassware. Soon they will have kegorator equipment as well. Gotta love visible pricing (on the box prices), great selection, and helpful staff - they will order you whatever you want. As long as the beer stays fresh in this place, this will be my go-to place for cases.

I've been dealing with Bensalem Beer and Soda for a while now. They are my "fall back" distributor. When I want to try new beers, buy by the bottle, etc...then I have my sources. Although when it's time to break down and get a case...even order a specialty case...then I come to Bensalem Beer and Soda first. The woman you want to ask for is Andrea. When you know there's a beer available locally, but hard to find...she'll find it and get it in fast. They have surprised me many times though by having some-what rare cases in their current stock.
Bensalem Beer and Soda is on a major intersection corner, so they are very easy to find. The prices are pretty fair, pretty standard.

Recently, I was heading to Philadelphia Park Casino when I found Bensalem Beer & Soda while on the way at a stoplight. They house a good selection of craft beer and those that are relatively hard to find. Their prices are somewhat reasonable, in fact, cheaper than some of the other stores I contacted in PA. There were a few employees who were very friendly and offered assistance while I was browsing the cooler. When I brought a case of Thomas Hooker beer up to the register, the manager rang me up and said that she enjoys the same brand of beer. I informed her that a distributor mentioned her store as a location who carried it and she seemed surprised to here that information. I mentioned that I lived in NJ and was happy that I came across the bridge to find this brand, which made her say that the next time I wanted a case that she would put it in the cooler for me. This was a very good example of customer service and a major step in building loyalty.

Understand that since the last time I've been to BB&S, I've heard they have new ownership, so things may have changed.

Q: This place is big, roomy, CLEAN, well organized, and they have 25 (or so) hand trucks out front. The hand trucks are sooo convenient.

Ser: The service is outstanding. The people here know their beer pretty well; and if they don't, they'll look anything up for you right away. And man are they helpful and friendly.

Sel: Their selection is really nice. They keep a good variety of micro's in stock.

Val: As good as any prices in PA as you're gonna see.

I recently started a new job in Bensalem and drive right by this place on the way to and from work. The set up is very different then the distributors that I'm used to in Center City in that it's not a garage/warehouse and it's immaculate inside. The prices are also clearly marked on all of the cases which makes shopping much easier.
The selection is definitely geared towards the PA micro's with a lesser selection of out of state stuff, but some good stuff nonetheless. Regular selection of the macros and imports.
