Crystal clear, very light straw gold with a big foamy white head that holds OK at first - buoyed by a good level of carbonation - but soon drops to nothing! The aroma is softly sweet malt with a light fruitiness of apples and a background hoppiness. Light bodied with a crisp carbonation and somewhat watery mouthfeel. The flavor is a very slightly fruity and grainy malt - fairly dry with some hop bitterness. Not much of a finish - crisp and clean. And, I could be wrong about this, but the alcohol seems a bit noticeable which is very odd for a beer that only clocks in at 4.5%. Of course, a high fermentation temperature might also explain the fruitiness. Regardless, a very basic lager that offers little character. Not worth bothering.

Pours a bright shiny yellow / golden color, with a white head that dies very fast. On the nose is a slight aroma of grain, the same on the palate grain, not to hoppy, slightly watery. Mouth feel is fairly smooth. Ends with a crisp clean finish. Pretty basic lager, but enjoyable none-the-less. All though I was not eating any spicy or oriental food, I am assuming this would be an OK beer to go along with that sort of dish.

A bright yellow beer w/ a big bubbled foam head and slight stick. Grainy nose, w/ a grainy flavour/feel. Slight esters. Crisp & dry. Adjuncts are evident by a cooked veggie flavour. Thin bitterness which is rindy/salty/minerally. Thin sweetness and a grain dry finish.

This beer paired very nicely with my spicy korean chicken dish at lunch. Nice palate opener and cleanser.
