A- pours black through the middle with amber/dark brown edges. light brown head with little retention that leaves minimal lacing.

S- The smell is the best aspect of the beer. Coffee and dark fruits. smells of the best cherries i can think of.

T- dry, malty coffee with a hint of dark fruits. really nothing special, but definitely better than "average."

M- in my estimation, this beer is medium bodied. maybe because i enjoy imperial stouts much more than regulars. it is very smooth on the palate, goes down easy, but leaves only a little bitterness that doesn't linger for more than a second or two.

D- 1. it is a stout. 2. when the flavors of stouts dont linger, and thus dont have me constantly reaching for more (as they should), then they lose major points on drikability.

overall, this is definitely a beer worth drinking, but not something i would go back to often.

Appearance is pitch black with creamy nitro head. Nose is mild and dry with heavy roast. Taste is smooth and creamy with chocolate, roasted barley and a dry finish. Not a whole lot of flavor, but still nice and drinkable. Mouthfeel is velvety and smooth. Overall, a nice smooth drinkable dry stout.

Overall
Appearance : Pour is pitch black. Does not leave a very impressive head.

Smell: A little grainy, but not much of a smell

Taste: Not a very rich taste. Very weak very a stout. A little grainy with not much of an after taste.

Mouthfeel: Medium body not too impressive.

Overall: Needed a thicker and creamier taste and mouthful. An average beer and not really worth a second bottle.
