Yet another typical macro. Lace is a bit stickier than expected. Taste is a bitterer than expected, but not in an interesting way - just a flat out boring bitterness. Somewhat dry and a little astringent. Overall, a one dimensional icky macro I'll never try again.

Thin head on a clear, light straw colored body.
The aroma is light, metallic with a little grain.
The taste is all just a moderate white sugar sweetness. One sided and not great.
The texture is crisp with some fizziness; moderate carbonation.
One of the worst beers I've had. Not real aroma or taste.

Bottle at a food stall in Ha Tien. Served in a plastic mug with tons of ice. From notes.
A - Poured an apple juice colour with mild carbonation and a one finger white head that went fast. No lace or retention.
S - Lot's of corn. Nothing else really.
T - More corn, honey, sweet grain. Big adjuncty corn flavour. Typical macro adjunct yawnfest.
M - Mild carbonation, very light body and sweet finish. Not enough carbonation.
O/D - Tasted this quite a few times before. Same old stuff. Went down smooth though, and seemd OK for what it was, but overall not really good times with this one.

330ml bottle served in a Weizen glass.
A: Pours a pale yellow crystal color forming a ridiculous white bubbled head. Retention is ridiculous and no lacings are left
S: Horrible smell of rice and corn. Flowery hops trying to give it some appeal... useless
T: Terrible as the nose. Sweet grains upfront. Strong notes of rice and corn. Slightly hoppy bitter end
M: Light body. Medium to high carbonation. Adjunct malts faint hoppy bitter aftertaste
O: One of the worst things I've ever drunk

Golden yellow to amber colour with a thumb sized, bubbly white head on top that has okay retention and shows plenty of bubbles rising to the top of the glass.
Mild touches of grain with a bit too much skunk following this, there is some cheap adjuncts probably some rice and corn and not a whole lot else. There is some very light grassy hops as well and some background sweetness.
Some sweetness and some corn, grain and not as much skunk as the nose suggested. Again there is a lot of adjuncts present but the taste is pretty basic.
Light to medium in body with mild carbonation and a sweet, smooth taste with a slight amount of grain towards the end of the drink.
It was pretty basic as you would expect and perhaps back of my review is based on nostalgic reasons by it is still a decent enough beer and definitely on of the better Vietnamese beers.
