Pours a vibrant yellow with hues of orange. Has a small white head and is cloudy.

Smells sour and acidic. Not much distinction beyond that.

Tastes of pineapple and sour, tropical fruit. Has a nice level of sourness, something akin to the New Belgium sours. Hints of wheat as well.

It is highly carbonated from the bottle conditioning and is light and goes down easy.

This is a fantastic sour...lighter but with a distinct, fruit-like sourness that is completely pleasing. I want more of this.

A - pale yellow. Fairly opaque.

S - quite a bit of barnyard funk and some sour fruit. Apples and a touch of cherry.

T - similar to the aroma, but getting some mild tropical notes. More funk than sourness.

M - pleasant and moderately light. Nicely carbonated.

O - a more complex and subdued sour than I expected. Still wonderful, but not my favorite of RR sours.
