Batch 002. Review 150.

A - Into a St. Feuillien globe. Pours a dark apple cider brown with an off white, creamy head. Nice lacing.

S - Smells a bit of a Belgian Brown, lots of Belgian yeast, light fruits, light Belgian sweetness. Malt profile fades in and out. Spicy and floral, earthy notes on the back end. Touches of alcohol throughout, but not detracting.

T - Extremely light and wonderful. Sweet without being sugary, and malty without being roasted. Interesting hop notes help the finish tread the line of sweet and dry. White raisins.

M - Creamy carbonation, medium body. Small bubbles help this blur the Belgian sipper and the Belgian quaffer.

D - A very easy drinker.

Notes: For review 150, I reached in the fridge and this is what I found. I had high expectations and this one pulled through.
