A - Served a clear copper-orange color with a thin finger of frothy slightly off-white head. The head fades down at a normal pace leaving behind some good lacing.

S - Aroma is a mix of rich caramel malts with a touch of roasted character, some lager yeast, and a touch of booze.

T - Starts off with a mix of sweet and lightly roasted malt with a touch of bread and a bit of lager yeast. Through the middle, some more rich malt character comes through alongside some grain. The finish is a mix of lingering sweet and toasted malt with some lager esters.

M - Medium-plus bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a crisp and warming finish.

D - Very drinkable. Good balanced bock. Maybe a touch sweet, but the overall malt flavor is very nice.
