I had this beer on nitro in a pint glass at the brewery.
Appearance: black hue although with brown highlights around the edges. Head is a thick finger of creamy ivory foam.
Smell: caramelly with some sweetness and just a dash of roast. Not bad.
Taste: lightly roasty with just a hint of sweetness. A little ashy, which I like. A nice dry stout.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a very good creaminess. Usually I'm not a huge fan of nitro but it really works here.
Overall: as dry stouts go, this is a very satisfying beer. I dig it.

On tap at The Athenian, Seattle (with cod tacos)
A: Dark brown, almost black with a thick, tan one finger head that settled down to foamy nitro goodness.
S: Chocolate, espresso, cocoa with a bready malt background.
T: Follows nose with a smooth creaminess from the nitro. Chocolate and light espresso dominate with a roastiness throughout.
M: Medium with that creamy medium carbonation.
O: Tasty little froggie from a brewery that's hard to pronounce. Hits the spot.
