On tap at Cheeky Monk in Denver.

A - Pours a hazy golden color with a large creamy white head.

S - Aroma is yeast, lime, pepper, and mild funk.

T - Chili peppers, black pepper, yeast, wheat, lime, and a little barnyard. Just a tiny bit of chili pepper heat. Good stuff, if a little weird.

M - Finishes dry, with medium body and some prickly carbonation.

D - Not bad, but the chili and lime start getting to you after awhile.
