Silesia has a decent selection of Belgian beers at a pretty good price for the DC area. They also have a lot of Dogfish Head and local brews. Selection of US microbrews is limited, but they usually have a few there. I've mainly hit this place to get Belgians on my way from work, since this place is on the way to Waldorf from DC. There are definitely better options in N. Virginia if you have time, but this is a decent place w/ a decent selection in a pinch. The staff has also offered to order different things for me that aren't in stock. The people I've had contact with don't really have much beer knowledge, but are willing to help.

Nice little gourmet food, Beer, Wine & Spirits place tucked away off route 210 in Southern Maryland. Nice to have a local place that has a few decent brews. Its beer area is fairly small but they do keep quite a variety of product including a section for interesting Belgians although they tend to be pricier then Ive seen elsewhere.
They dont carry any bombers of domestic micros though. Thats the one big disapointment. Dont go in there expecting to find any Rogue stuff or Stone stuff etc.
They have a full wall of refrigerated brews of all variaties including many many micros and german and english beers. Few of them are offered as singles though. Unless you like malt liquor...
The people are friendly and will happily help you carry your stuff or look for something although most of them arent terribly fluent on good beer. Ive gotten a few blank stares when I have asked about certain items that really arent that obscure (Three Floyds??).
If you happen to live in Southern Maryland its definitely worth stopping by and checking out. Otherwise the closest place is Norm's in Alexandria.
