Presentation: 12 oz brown bottle with no freshness date.
Appearance: Intense frothing with a dark brilliant tawny clarity though the clarity was lost when the last ounce was poured form the small amount of sediment in the bottle. Nice to see an unfiltered lager on the shelves.
Smell: Spicy hop, a bit herbal with a modest yet fresh toasted malt aroma with a hint of yeast in the back.
Taste & Mouth Feel: Stock medium body with a loose carbonation that holds a little bit of crispness. Tight flare of alcohol and almost a soapy yeast flavor and quickly hidden after a wave or two of toasted malt flavor.
Drinkability & Notes: An infrequent addition to the NE area this American craft lager throws something new and fresh to the scene. I personally like this beer and not only look forward to drinking it again but to see what else is in store from this new brewery.

Into a pilsener:
A: hazy red/orange body with a one finger white head, super light lacing is left
S: light apples, caramel malts, sugar
T: sweet through previously mentioned flavors
M: light to medium, sessionable, sweet sticky aftertaste, dry sticky finish, adequate carbonation
O: glad I was finally able to find it again recently as its been a long time since I`ve had it, but it was better back then, for now I`m thinking its good for the style, and good for me, might have again depending upon what else was served, possibly look for fresher next time .... somehow...hmmmm ???

From an undated 12 fl. oz. bottle. Sampled on July 9, 2012. It pours a medium to dark amber that could also be classified as golden bronze with a smallish head that fades after a few moments. The aroma oozes sweetness with dark malts, nuts, and a low profile hop ester. The body is medium and smooth. The taste is of sweet caramel upfront with a low to medium bitterness taking up the tail. The bitterness seems to evolve as the beer warms. This was an easy to drink, likable beer.
