Copenhagen. 65 cl bottle from Vinbørsen, Nordre Frihavnsgade, Kbh Ø. Very Green label with a white Heron and a lot of Hop Flowers.
Pours unclear yellow with a big white head. Settles as lumpy, fat layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense, fruity sweet with a light fermented touch and with distinct citric notes. Caramel, Orange, Peach. Notes of Citrus and Grape fruit.
Medium carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fruity IPA with a nice and gentle bitterness. Mostly harmless but tasty.

Clear, golden color. Nice, white head. Floral aroma with notes of pine and citrus. Firm bitterness in taste with some malty sweetness to balance things.

Cloudy in a muddy sort of way, copper, moderate carbonation and 5 fingers of yellowish head.
Smells of orange drink and a hint of spice.
Tastes of orange flowers, rye, slightly tart, malty, with a dull bitterness on the end.
Medium, sticky body with little carbonation.
I got this in Sacramento at Wholefoods, drinking in Redding, Sept 23rd, 2018. Decent, light, crisp and different.

I'm not sure how to review this one. Picked up a 22 oz bottle expecting it to be a typical high end IPA but found out it was actually a rye beer. OK no big deal but still missing the hoppiness of a typical IPA. Floral scents and a soapy floral taste with just a little hop aftertaste. I'm not saying that this is a bad beer, believe me I did finish it and enjoyed it. I just think it should of been marketed a little different. Prost!

Poured from 22oz bomber into a tulip.
Appearance: medium golden hue with plenty of haze and a thick finger of frothy ivory foam. Pretty nice!
Smell: floral and grassy with a very springtime character to it. There's also a little bit of a soapiness that could be due to the rye interacting with those floral hops; whatever the case, it's not bad.
Taste: floral and soapy, just like the aroma but with a stronger intensity. This is not actually a bad flavor, if this type of thing is your jam.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: the "soapy/floral" character is something I associate more with regular pale ales, but there's no law that says an IPA can't do it too. Not a bad beer.
