This American Pale Ale is meticulously handcrafted for full floral hop aroma and flavor. Brewed with grains from America's heartland - Simcoe for bittering, Amarillo and Cascade (both dry hopped) for aromatics - this beer finishes crisp and clean. Have a few and your freshly mowed lawn will still have arrow-straight lines.

Light in all sorts of ways. Light yellow. Light film. Light piney taste with some grapefruit overtones. Light abv of 4.5. Just enough crisp bite to keep it interesting.

Pours - Very light golden color not much head or lacing.
Smell - Slightly citrus notes little bit of hop.
Taste - I get some grapefruit and light citrus notes little bit of hops.
Feel - Very light body and smooth very clean.
Overall - A decent pale ale I would probably have again.

Going in, seemed like this had all the attributes of a good pale ale, but in the end, the finish was lacking. Even for a pale ale, this lacked flavor and character. Was brewed five months ago -- maybe it lost some character over time. Nice crispness, hoppy bitterness, but for my tastes, just not enough back end to differentiate this pale ale from a lager.

Was probably great when fresh. My bottle was from 3/2015 and it shows. Doesn't age gracefully. Ends up being lighter on flavor which is really bad for an already lighter beer. Was still refreshing, no real bitterness and slightly citrusy, but not something I would seek out again.

F - Medium carbonation, light body
O - Its a session pale ale....so it is what it is. VERY drinkable and refreshing however. Great summer time brew
