This place is located just a few minutes north of Burlington in Winooski, VT, whose greatest beer attraction is the quality bottle shop in town. At this bar, you will find a moderate selection of the widely available quality Vermont options and a smattering of other, none too exciting craft options. Relaxed athmosphere, just a few steps from some decent and better then decent eating options (the thai place is pretty good and its BYOB) makes this bar a worthwhile destination for a fresh pint before getting a bite to eat in Winooski

If you haven't been to the Monkey House in a while, you should absolutely stop by!

The tap selection has grown by quite a bit, and the bartenders are very attentive. Lines are clean, glass is not always proper, but clean and not chilled.

If you're into cocktails, these guys do a nice job too. Pool table and old school arcade games also available.

Prices are fair to cheap compared to other local "beer bars." Often then have live music, which might mean a cover charge. A great place to have a quality beer in Winooski and a true saving grace to the "bar scene" for the town.
