Served in a trappist glass at Las Buenas Pulgas. Pours a golden amber colour, medium head with long retention that fades to a thin film, good o. Aroma of cloves, cinnamon, anise, spices, green apples. Medium body, creamy texture, active carbonation. Spicy dry finish. Taste of cloves, spices, green apples, honey. Good one.

4oz pour.
Full disclosure, I’ve never had a tripel before, or at least I don’t think I have. Had to google some info on it.
From what google tells me this resembles what a tripel is supposed to be.
Look was bright yellow, bubbly white head.
Smell was sweet
Taste was ver Pilsner like, I like pilsners.
Feel was dry white the typical feel of a pilsner.
Overall not too bad. Refreshing and tasty.

From Uvinum. After dinner. In Teku glass. Pleasant to drink although the alcohol is noticeable. No trace of typical spices in winter beers, more like a higher ABV tripel

A somewhat disappointment for a Belgium tripel. Something off about the taste, maybe not enough spice.
