12 oz bottle into standard pint. Room temp.
A: One finger of white head lots of small bubble but not quite foam. fell to a decent looking cap that is sticking around for a long time. Slightly cloudy orangeish gold.
S: Obvious hop presence with some tea in the mix. A little bit of spice but I can't say what it is from the smell alone. Nothing major from the malt coming through. The tea and spice makes it unique.
T: Oh now this is something. A hint of sweetness and then lots of hops. The tea is just as present in the taste as the nose but the spice comes out a little bit more. I still can't tell exactly what it is but I like it. As for being an IPA it is a decent one.
M: Pretty light and not very well carbonated. Makes it a little tough to drink.

First thing you are going to notice is the smell... and oh man, you're in for something unique. A cacophony of vibrant smells straight out of your herbs and spices cabinet. Cinnamon, basil, ginger, and oregano with lots of cayenne spice. Some grapefruit in the background. I'm all about great smelling beer, and I'm totally digging this. Unique, pleasant, fresh and tantalizing. Pour is nothing extraordinary; hazy amber, good lacing. If you like the smell, and are ok with some wackiness in your beer, I think you will dig this. Tons of herbs up front, lots of oregano and ginger. Nice hops and citrus with some black tea in the middle and some nice spice from the cayenne at the end. Surprisingly well balanced considering the ingredients and gamut of flavors. Super clean mouthfeel; dry, crisp and refreshing. I'm actually a big fan of this beer now and was pleasantly surprised. Check it out if you're looking for something off the beaten path.

Bottle served in pint glass.
A-pours a light yellow with a mild head and moderate cloudiness.
S-an herbal aroma, like tea. Light hoppy smell.
T-Taste like a west coast IPA, the tea and spices enhanced the hoppy taste.
M-7% ABV. But couldn't even tell easy drinking beer, medium body with nice amount of carbonation
O-Nice solid beer. Would have again.

Well, I bought this on a whim. Its strange, but worth trying. It says that is is brewed with black tea, but it is surprisingly light in color. It pours a slightly hazy golden amber and features a white head that dissapates quickly. The little foam that does linger leaves mediocre lacing. The aroma is dominated by spicy/slightly floral hop aroma and slight malt. There is a definite earthiness, Maybe from the addition of the tea? I get a bit of ginger too. It is overly carbonated, but the mouthfeel is still slightly creamy. Malt up front and I do believe that I detect the tea in the taste, but it quickly fades to a spicy/tannic bitter finnish that isn't as unpleasant as it is unexpected. The finish is long and dry
