Poured from bottle into pint glass
Appearance – Pours a golden amber color with a one finger white head. The head has huge carbonation bubbles and fades over time to give a medium to light amount of lacing.
Smell - The aroma is on the lighter side, but is heaviest of a grapefruit citrus and earthy hop aroma. Mixed with the hop aromas are some light aromas of a biscuit nature as well.
Taste – The taste begins with a biscuit and grapefruit hop flavor with a light level of sweetness. As the taste advances some notes of a earthy nature come to the tongue. When the earthy hop comes the sweetness diminishes a bit. While the earthy hop shows up midway through, it is lost at the end as more citrus grapefruit hop come to the tongue. With these hop flavors are some tangerine citrus and caramel sweetness that come to the tongue. Overall these create a lightly bitter but sweeter citrus flavor on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is on the slightly above average side in terms of creaminess with a carbonation level that is on the lower side. The creaminess accentuates the hop flavors quite well and even though they are somewhat lighter, it makes them more pronounces.
Overall - Not too bad. It is somewhat sweeter overall but not too much so to take away from the hop flavors.

Pours copper, almost a full inch of white head. Aroma was grapefruit and not much else. Going 90s old school on this one.
Taste wasn't just grapefruit bitterness, this had a pink grapefruit like softness to it. I think I like it more than the average beer drinker does. It isn't exceptional or anything, but they seem to be a bit more affordable than a lot of other ipas of similar quality.
