A - Really black with tall creamy head.
S - Smell of chocolate, oatmeal, roasted malts.
T - Lot of chocolate with nice accent of oatmeal. Tiny bite on the tail end.
M - Pretty bold, dark malt explosion.
D - Pretty solid.
Not going to lie, I love bears too.

Appearance: Completely black and opaque. Limited head, would like to see a bit more foam once poured into a glass.
Smell: Roasted coffee and cappuccino/mocha. Smells great!
Taste: For a chocolate oatmeal stout, it has some nice chocolate mocha flavors that needs a little more depth. Additional roasted coffee flavor might be good. Not particularly dry, there is plenty of lingering sweetness. Only a little astringency toward the end.
Mouthfeel: It could use significantly more body to smooth out the roasted malt. Oatmeal stouts come with the expectation that they are exceedingly smooth and coat the mouth. I imagine it might be significantly better on nitro rather than from the bottle or CO2 tap.
Overall: It's good, it could be great if you could have it on nitro or if they bump up the body and mouthfeel a bit. But if you're looking for a solid chocolate stout with a touch of roasted aromas, Oscar's won't disappoint.

Pours seal brown with an unremarkable khaki head that soon recedes. Aroma smells of chocolate, coffee, and a touch of molasses. The taste features black coffee up front courtesy of the roasted (practically burnt) malt. This is not nearly as sweet as the smell would suggest, and any chocolate is barely a whisper, which is surprising considering the name on the bottle. The coffee bitterness segues into more of a hop bitterness in the middle. A more palatable coffee/mocha flavor reestablishes itself at the finish, yielding a pleasurable aftertaste that outshines the majority of the experience. The medium body facilitates a smooth mouthfeel, though I prefer a little more chewiness in a stout myself.
This is a drinkable stout, however the bitterness leaves it mostly one-dimensional.

Pours a dark brown with hues of ruby, one finger dark tan head that fades slowly to a thick ring with moderate lacing.
Aroma of dark malt, oats and light coffee.
Taste followed the nose with roasted malt, oats, coffee with a slightly sweetness at the end. I did not smell or taste chocolate.
Mouth Feel was medium leaning light body, just a tad watery, low carbonation, smooth with a slight sweet ending.
Overall this is an average stout, would have liked it better if it had a little more body.

I poured this nice beer into my tumbler at 45 degrees. The beer poured a really dark brew with a very nice tan head. The smell was like dark roasted (nearly burnt) grains. The beer did not taste burnt however. The beer tasted nice and toasty with big coffee or cappuccino taste to it. The beer had good lacing and had a bit of a dry finish. I don;t like that but I would buy this beer again.

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a pint glass.
Pours dark black with some tan/off white foam. Nose is strong oat. Chocolate malt too. Present, but not potent. Taste is a smooth sweet chocolate malt, oat finish. Very subdued hop. Milky but not lactose-y. Very light and balanced. Good flavor, good stout.

Thanks to JC for sharing this enjoyed the bottle in a pint glass chilled.
The color is black, opaque with a good 2 inches of light beige with compact bead and good retention. The smell is like fig with fruit and sweet aromas like a fig newton with mild sweet oatmeal cookie scent. The feel is full with moderate creaminess from the oats with a sweet malt middle and semi-low carbonation with roasty finish.
The flavor has a good malt presence with some caramel and moderately sweet cocoa tinges with light dried fruit taste and very low bitterness with some light roast flavor and very gentle yeast in the finish adding to the sweetness and grain of the oats. Overall I enjoyed this but it is pretty subdued and I would probably prefer a bolder oatmeal stout to be honest. It has a nice drinkability for the strength, though.
