Found this place today while poking around the area. As soon as I saw the name, I realized that I had already seen it in the Beerfly but I couldn't remember whether I'd read good or bad about it.
When I walked inside, the first thing I noticed was...where's the beer? I finally found a small stack of Leinenkugel products in the back of the store when I realized I was standing right next to a walk in cooler door, so I walked in.
Once inside, I noticed that there seemed to be a hell of a lot of malternatives and I was starting to feel dejected about the lack of beer. That is, until I started walking around....It was a huge cooler.
Well, I spent some (frigid) minutes in the cooler (probably where the name "Chill Zone" came from to begin with) and eventually came to the realization that there was WAY more beer in there than I thought.
They had tons and tons of Bell's beers, including some Expedition Stout. Also, some 3F's including Pride and Joy, Alpha King and Robert the Bruce.
There also seemed to be a mess of imports but here's the rub....organization was totally lacking so I literally had to look at every single item on the shelf in order not to miss anything. There seemed to be no rhyme or reason for the display. Nothing was organized by brewery OR beer style. Stuff was mixed all over the place.
I really could have used a nice winter parka in there but I don't consider that to be a detriment. ;-)
Overall, I was very pleased with what I found and I WILL return upon my next visit to the area. Considering how close this place is to US 151, it's pretty likely I'll also stop on my visits to Madison since this place is right on the way.
Oh, and before I forget, prices seemed just about right. No great deals to be had from what I saw but nothing seemed to be overpriced either.

It might be named the chill zone because ALL their beer resides in a giant walk-in cooler that is cold enough to make you want to grab your beer and get the hell out. Large selection of WI and domestic micros, a few of the more well-known German imports and virtually no single bottles save a few Lindemann's and New Glarus. It's unlikely you'll find any thing special here but if you're into picking up a couple sixers that have been stored in excellent conditions this is your place. If you plan on browsing make sure you wear your buffalo hide parka.

As noted by others, the entire beer selection is contained in the walk-in cooler at the back of the store. Bonus points for quality there.
The selection is very disorganized. I had to walk around the cooler several times to get an idea of what was really there. Most of the Wisconsin stuff is in one section, while all the bombers and other big bottles were in one small section together near the local stuff, and there were two other disconnected sections of craft beer. Wow. Quite a mess.
All that being said, the craft selection is very good. Lots of New Glarus (no Unplugged), Capital, Tyranena, Central Waters (including barrel-aged singles), etc., good Michigan selection as well with many Bell's and Dark Horse. Not much Three Floyds on my visit, but a couple of bombers.
I noted a few older beers around, but most things seemed to be quite fresh. With the added insurance of constant refrigeration, I was pleased. Clerk at the front of the store was quite beer-saavy, and we had a nice chat about the local scene.
