On tap at Duff's in Buffalo, NY.
A simple beer that's basically there to pair with wings, not really stand out on its own.
Pours a light straw yellow color, with a half inch head, and not much lacing.
Smells slightly grassy, with some sweet malt aromas as well.
The taste is similar. Slightly muted and pretty simple. Doesn't make you come back to it for the taste- the only reason you come back to it is to douse your mouth after lighting it on fire with Duff's hot wings. For it's purpose- a good pairing to cool down your mouth after the wings- it succeeds. It's pretty boring on its own.
Light bodied, crisp clean mouthfeel, pretty drinkable.
I would never order this outside of Duff's (I can't, anyway), but it paired well with my food.

This beer poured a light copper color with an off-white head. The initial smell of the beer was light citrus and bread. The initial taste was decent with the flavor of light citrus hops, but then was thrashed to the side by an overwhelming storm of barley and bread flavors. This finished with the barley flavors and remained on the tongue. The brew had a light to medium body with medium carbonation.
The taste paired well with Duff's wings. This was the safest choice available as there were only American Macros and Heineken available. Overall,m it was alright, nothing to get excited over. This is probably getting a better rating thanks to the flavor of the wings.

A beer brewed just for Duff's a small wing chain around Buffalo I guess this beer used to be a halfway decent pale but now its "just like Coors!" per server.Came to the table a light straw color with a thin but retained white head, clean nose a hint of toastiness and residual sweetness but thats about it.Clean flavors as well a firm toastiness with that light sweetness note thru the finish honestly thats about it.Yeah it was like Coors but not as watery, pretty much a no brainer beer here an alternative lighter lager to the Canadian and American macros they have on tap I should have went with the Sierra Nevada pale though.
